Sioux Falls South Dakota Retirement CommunityWaterford at All Saints

Welcome to Waterford at All Saints! Thank you for your interest in Waterford at All Saints, one of the most welcoming retirement communities Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has to offer.

Located on the grounds of the historic All Saints School (circa 1884), with its renovated stone buildings nestled among stately oaks, Waterford exudes the feel of a country estate ... peopled with engaging, adventurous neighbors.

A wonderful community within a community

Our five-acre, park-like campus, established in 1996, offers many styles of maintenance-free apartment living, including bright and comfortable studios, and one or two-bedroom apartments, some with dens.

A wide array of lifestyle options, hospitality services, and amenities caters to people who are fully independent as well as those who may need various levels of assistance, including Assisted Living, Respite Care, and Memory Care.

Living an enriched life

Waterford offers a rich variety of activities and events through its unique Life Enrichment/Wellness program, which is tailored to people’s own goals and abilities. All residents are encouraged to remain involved in hobbies, careers, learning, community volunteering, and more.

Those of us familiar with Sioux Falls already know about the allure of the Big Sioux River as it dramatically cascades over pink quartzite cliffs. Sioux Falls averages 230 sunny days a year, has 80 city parks and over 500 restaurants, and boasts the largest shopping center between Minneapolis and Denver … all within minutes of Waterford.
